Finding your ideal waterfront home is rather like finding your soul mate. Each can be elusive, and you want to be sure you haven’t chosen second best. I fell in love with the shoreline of Long Island’s East End the day I bought my first little house on Peconic Bay in Southampton in 1970. I have spent every summer since then exploring every mile of coastline by boat or jet ski. Other people fish, I just gaze at all the beautiful houses that line the magnificent shores. In the winter I take to the road, constantly investigating as many waterfront properties for sale as time permits. If I sound obsessed, truly I am.
Over the years I have bought, renovated, built, and sold numerous waterfront properties. I currently own four, two of which are for sale, and one for rent. Click here or go to the “properties page” for views and descriptions. I consider each of these to be the absolute best pieces available in their respective price points. They are available now for the first time.
Whatever your preferences, if you are determined to find the waterfront property that you have dreamed of owning, please allow me to use the benefits of my experience and passion to help you make that dream a reality. I will be very happy to find exactly what you are looking for without wasting your precious time. No one knows this market better, or how much each positive and negative factor affects value. |
